ELVN is a Danish premium flavoured water brand. This privacy policy explains who we are, how to contact us, and how we handle your personal data when you use elvn.dk.

We collect data you provide directly (e.g. name, email when signing up to our newsletter) and data collected automatically (e.g. IP address, device, browser, pages visited).

When you sign up to the ELVN waitlist, we store your email address and the first name derived from it (the part before the @ symbol) for the sole purpose of sending you launch updates and notifying you when ELVN products become available.

Waitlist data is stored in our database hosted on Supabase. It is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your waitlist data at any time by emailing contact@elvn.dk. We will action your request within 30 days.

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, measure performance, and personalise content. You can manage your preferences at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use our site. These tools may set cookies and collect usage data in aggregated form.
