ELVN is a Danish premium flavoured water brand, operated by WerePureOnline (CVR 46410920), Kolding, Denmark, during pre-launch. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at contact@elvn.dk.

When you sign up for the ELVN waitlist, we may collect:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• City (optional)

We also record your consent, the date of signup and whether you have confirmed your email address. If you email us, we process the information contained in your message.

Our hosting provider processes standard technical information such as IP address and browser type in server logs, which is necessary to deliver and secure the website. We do not use analytics or advertising tools on this website.

• To manage the ELVN waitlist — based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
• To send ELVN launch updates and relevant information where you have consented — based on your consent.
• To contact you about your signup where relevant, for example to confirm your email address — based on your consent and our legitimate interest in operating the waitlist correctly (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
• To operate, secure and maintain the website — based on our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

You can withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future.

Waitlist personal data is stored for a maximum of 12 months. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised unless we have another valid legal basis for keeping it, such as a legal or accounting obligation.

If you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete your data before then, we delete it without undue delay, unless we are legally required to retain it.

ELVN does not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your data may be processed on our behalf by the service providers we use to run the website and the waitlist:

• simply — website hosting and application platform.
• Supabase — database hosting for waitlist signups.
• Resend — sending confirmation and update emails.
• Make.com — automation of waitlist workflows after email confirmation.
• TermsFeed — cookie consent banner and preference management.

These providers act as data processors under written agreements and may only process your data on our instructions. Some of them are established outside the EU/EEA or may use sub-processors outside the EU/EEA. Where that is the case, the transfer is made on the basis of the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or another valid transfer mechanism. You can contact us for more information about these safeguards.

All non-essential cookies are disabled by default and are only used if you actively accept them. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer. See our Cookie Policy for details.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transmission, access control and limiting access to the people who need it.

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Have your data deleted
• Request restriction of processing
• Object to processing based on our legitimate interests
• Withdraw your consent at any time, with effect for the future
• Data portability, where applicable
